Per H. Dybwad - Principal

Per H. Dybwad is a senior business executive, entrepreneur and start-up specialist with 35+ years international experience in business development and leadership roles across various industries including energy, life sciences, minerals and metals, environmental technologies, sporting goods, education and venture capital. Currently Per serves on a number of company boards and operates his own advisory and “management for hire” company. Born in Norway, and a former lieutenant in the Royal Norwegian Coast Artillery, Per has spent much of his life abroad, including several years in the UK and the US. Since 1997 he has been based in Switzerland. Per holds an MBA with Honours from IMD.

Carolyn Krausse Dybwad - Director

Carolyn Krausse Dybwad has more than 35 years of experience starting and leading businesses and projects internationally across several industries including construction, events and expos, conservation and restoration, material science and education. Born in Texas, US, has spent most of her life abroad, including several years in Singapore. Since 1990 she has been based in Switzerland. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Architecture with high honours, from the University of Texas at Austin.
